We added docs to “knowledge” to train ChatGPT on how to respond to questions about digital maturity.
The big problem with AI coworkers is their inconsistency—you never know if you should trust them or not. Sometimes AI does amazing work, while other times it flat-out lies.
AI will most likely always hallucinate. However, you can program your own CustomGPT for a more accurate experience. CustomGPTs allow you to create your own knowledge base instead of relying on whatever training data OpenAI has on the subject.

Instead of thinking of AI as a life-long best friend, think of them as your acquaintance at college. If you miss class, then they can give you the CliffsNotes©️ version. Or, they might know a good recipe for losing those freshmen 15. They’ll even practice flashcards with you before a big exam.
The trick to getting the most out of your new AI pal is by giving them enough guidance with a good prompt. How do you design an effective prompt? Remember SEVA.
S = Set the scene or Storytelling
E = Ask for or give an Example
V = Verify or Validate with data
A = Ask for help or if it has questions
For example:
You are a marketing director responsible for a new search ad words campaign. Uploaded is an example of a previous campaign and SEO analytics. Please generate a campaign for Google Ads. Before we begin, do you have any questions?
Test your prompting skills
Use Open AI’s DALL-E to create an image.
Start by typing a prompt by describing a picture you would like generated. After the image is generated, ask this:
“Please give me the exact prompt with detail used to generate this image.”
You will see that DALL-E interpreted your request and added the details that were not in the prompt by filling in the blanks for the image. If you are not seeing good results with your prompts, it could be there is not enough detail in your request.
